You are… a highly organized and dependable social media professional with experience across social media’s core components, including content creation, publishing, listening and engagement. You thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities. You bring a high level of attention to detail and understand that accuracy is essential when representing a global brand. You have a solid understanding of the current social media landscape—particularly in the B2B space—and know how to use platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram effectively. You approach social media with a thoughtful, data‑informed mindset, able to review performance metrics, identify meaningful patterns and share clear insights that help improve content and execution over time. You work well as part of a global team, partnering across regions to adapt direction, align on priorities and deliver consistent, on‑brand output for the local market.

The role… is focused on building and managing a high‑quality social media presence for Accenture Spain that engages clients, recruits and employees, while also supporting broader global social initiatives. While the role is geography‑focused, you will be part of a global team of social experts and partner closely with colleagues across Marketing & Communications, Advertising, and Digital to adapt and deliver social activity aligned with global standards.

You will work closely with Spain’s local marketing teams, serving as a trusted social media expert and advising on the most effective ways to use social to support priority business objectives. The role requires comfort operating independently day to day in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment—applying sound judgment, managing multiple workstreams, escalating appropriately when needed, and maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail while working within established global frameworks. Additionally, the role may include supporting Portugal as needed.

The work… is dynamic and fast‑paced, but centers on the need to:

  • Develop and maintain a high‑quality social media presence for Accenture Spain that supports priority initiatives, campaigns and events

·       Oversee relevant Accenture Spain social channels and their content outputs on a day‑to‑day basis, including listening, engagement and publishing, and partner with other channel owners to incorporate local efforts across the larger landscape

  • Spearhead the social components of local marketing campaigns and event activations, from content development through execution

·       Work in real‑time with global advertising/social leads on adapting and translating global social media campaigns to the Spain market in the most compelling and effective way

  • Collaborate across Marketing & Communications to share insights, align on priorities, and continuously improve social output

  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail

  • Review performance data and listening insights to identify trends and provide thoughtful recommendations to inform future content and activation

  • Drive strategy and support to help evolve and enhance Accenture Spain’s leadership and employee activation on social

Here’s what you need:

·       3-5 years of marketing & communications experience, with a strong focus on social media

·       Strong understanding of social media strategy and execution across campaigns, events and real-time activations

·       Experience overseeing content creation, with a clear understanding of what makes effective, on‑brand social content

·       Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver work in fast‑moving, high‑pressure environments

·       Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high‑quality work consistently

·       Comfort reviewing performance data and translating findings into clear, practical recommendations

·       Strong community management experience, including listening and engagement

·       Fluent in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English

·       Live and work in Spain

·       Bachelor’s degree
