Your Role
Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to growth as trade marketeer.
What you will do
Brand communication & content creation:
- Participate in content creation, including briefing and approving marketing content for social media & website, proofreading blog articles, and managing newsletter campaigns.
- Develop new communication materials and brand assets for key brand moments throughout the year, working closely with the sales development team.
- Track and evaluate communication initiatives, supporting the Brand Manager in creating post-mortem analyses and sharing insights with the team.
- Working and collaborating closely with Internal teams (Trade Marketing, Digital Hub, Media Team, R&D Team, Consumer Care Team) and External teams (Content and communication agencies)
Market research & analysis:
- Identify trends and generate competitors’ benchmark to help identify brand opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis (sell-in and sell-out) to help the team understand category performance.
- Present key findings to the team.
Administration:
- Support the marketing department with various operational tasks (including PO creation and product shipment)
- Creation of codes and inbound management for gifts and promotions
