We are looking for an AI Product Crafting Engineer who can turn AI capabilities into real product features that drive measurable business impact.
This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, backend architecture, and product thinking. You will design and build AI-powered capabilities that integrate into real software ecosystems, enabling products to both consume and expose intelligence through APIs, services, and event-driven systems.
We value engineers who build AI that ships and delivers outcomes, not just prototypes or experiments.
What You’ll Do:
Build AI-powered product capabilities
Design and implement AI features such as:
- Intelligent automation workflows
- Recommendation and forecasting systems
- AI copilots for operational teams
- AI-powered APIs and services used by other products
Your goal is to turn AI into reusable product capabilities, not isolated experiments.
Develop AI products through iterative experimentation
You will apply a build–measure–learn approach to AI development:
- Start with fast experiments or prototypes
- Define leading metrics that signal product impact
- Validate assumptions quickly
- Iterate and evolve the solution
Evolve architecture from experiment to scalable system
You will progressively evolve the architecture from:
Experiment → Validated capability → Product-grade AI system
This includes designing systems such as:
- AI microservices
- API-first AI capabilities
- event-driven architectures
- AI inference services
- data pipelines and AI evaluation systems
Focus on what moves the business
We prioritize solutions that deliver measurable impact:
- reducing operational costs
- accelerating time-to-market
- unlocking new product capabilities
- generating new revenue opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Product-oriented engineering mindset
You think in terms of:
- outcomes and impact

You’re comfortable starting with fast prototypes and evolving them into robust systems once the value is proven.
Strong backend architecture fundamentals
Experience designing and evolving systems involving:
- APIs and service-oriented architectures
- event-driven systems
- distributed systems
- data pipelines
- scalable backend services
You understand how to evolve architecture from prototype to production.
Experience building AI-powered systems
You have built AI systems with real-world usage, such as:
- production systems
- startup products
- high-impact personal projects
- open source tools
We care more about what you built than where you built it.
Hands-on experience with modern AI stack
Experience with technologies such as:
- LLM APIs
- RAG architectures
- embeddings and vector databases
- AI orchestration frameworks
- prompt engineering and evaluation
What Success Looks Like
Within the first months you will:
- Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI
- Ship AI capabilities that integrate with real products
- Validate ideas through experiments and leading metrics
- Help establish architectural patterns for scalable AI systems
