The mission of this role
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events and event-driven communication initiatives across all regions. Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions, and brand activations, ensuring all event deliverables are ready for a successful market introduction. Digital-related activities are managed under the guidance of the Digital Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Campaign Management
- Manage the end-to-end execution of events, including planning, stand design, product portfolio showcasing, promotion, and on-site logistics.
- Ensure alignment of event concepts with brand identity, audience expectations, and strategic business priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and support campaigns such as product launches, promotions, and regional brand activations, ensuring all event-related deliverables are ready for an optimal market introduction.
Communication & Brand Activation
- Contribute to the development of communication strategies linked to events and brand activations to ensure coherent messaging and strong market presence.
- Support internal alignment by working hand-in-hand with category, marketing, PR, sales, internal communication, and design teams.
Content & Materials Development
- Brief and coordinate the creation of sales and event support materials, including brochures, presentations, printed assets, and product sheets.
- Oversee the creation of digital assets in collaboration with the Digital Manager, ensuring consistency with overall external communication guidelines.
- Contribute to the ideation and selection of event-related and brand campaign collaterals, ensuring they enhance product visibility and strengthen brand impact.
Project & Budget Coordination
- Monitor communication and event budgets in coordination with the team manager (including create and follow order process in SAP), ensuring accurate tracking and responsible spending.
- Maintain structured follow-up processes, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
Expertise & Collaboration
- Bring solid expertise in event coordination while maintaining a working understanding of related communication and marketing functions.
- Solve challenges proactively by providing innovative solutions and proposing new perspectives.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision while acting as a reference point for less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand communication, event management, or campaign coordination, ideally in an international organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the packaging and/or cosmetics industry is highly desirable.
