BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and analytically minded Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing analytics capability and help drive the organization’s transition toward more scalable, data-driven decision-making.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling Business Intelligence capabilities within an international business environment. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders across functions to translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.

As part of this role, you will contribute to the expansion of Power BI reporting solutions across multiple business areas, helping shape how data is structured, visualized, and consumed across the organization.

You will support the design, development, and continuous improvement of Business Intelligence solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to deliver robust and scalable reporting tools.

Beyond dashboard development, this role offers the opportunity to influence how data is standardized, governed, and adopted across the business.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including both data modelling and dashboard development
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, with the ability to create and understand measures in a business context
  • Good working knowledge of Excel; basic experience with SQL querying is a plus
  • Basic understanding of business processes and data flows, with the ability to interpret data beyond surface-level reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
  • Interest in data modelling, visualization, and BI best practices, with a desire to continuously improve technical and business knowledge
  • Experience in consulting or working closely with business stakeholders is considered a plus
