Veepee is seeking a BPO - Digital Performance Specialist for its Front Marketing team, within the Marketing Department. Reporting to the Front Marketing Manager, the person in this role will ensure the optimization of the customer journey across all Veepee websites.
This will be achieved by continuously tracking and analyzing performance at each step of the customer journey, and by proposing and coordinating actions to improve it in collaboration with tech and other business teams.
🎯 TASKS
Process performance monitoring

Identify KPIs to measure business process performance and improvement

Continuously monitor process performance through KPIs

Measure success of process improvement based on KPIs defined and monitor added business value

Benchmark against market best practices.
Business requirements : Translating Data Insights into Business Needs

Define business needs (business issues that must be addressed) to improve the user experience.

Prioritize business needs with product teams based on value.

Validate functional specifications proposed by Product Owner(s), from a business perspective and provide feedback

Review and validate tech delivery
Front business entry point at a Group levelÂ

As the business owner of the Front roadmaps, manage transversal projects by identifying boundaries with other functions and coordinating/consolidating inputs from other Business Process Owners impacted.

Include all departments and regions within the scope of the role, formalizing regular exchanges to gather feedback and share deliverables..
👉 MUST HAVE skills

3+ years of experience in digital projects coordinationÂ
-
Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use various sources of data to build a global vision.

Results-oriented, with a strong ability to identify process weaknesses and drive improvements.

A solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, from initial customer touchpoints through to purchase and post-sales contacts.

Comfortable working with diverse teams, including IT, UX, data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial, and operational.

Leadership skills: able to challenge and influence others, positively manage change.

Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with the ability to move projects forward.
