Draivi is a fast-growing international performance marketing company, recognized three times on the Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies. With β¬30M revenue in 2025 and operations across the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Mexico and South Africa, we help lenders and financial service providers acquire customers through data-driven marketing and comparison platforms.
We're looking for someone to build and own our direct marketing channel, with a clear focus on increasing conversion, activation, and retention. You'll take responsibility for how we communicate with our customers in Spain throughout their lifecycle β with Mexico as an additional market that will gradually become part of your scope. You'll work closely with the Head of Direct Marketing based in Helsinki, as well as the Spanish team based in Barcelona, in a role where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
This role is based in Barcelona and we are looking for someone who is motivated to work closely with our local team. We expect the ideal candidate to have fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
What you'll be doing
Design and manage automated flows that guide customers through their lifecycle, from first activation to long-term retention
Define the triggers, timing, and segmentation logic behind each direct marketing campaign
Plan the monthly campaign calendar and coordinate copy, creatives, and landing pages
Own campaign execution and use results to continuously refine your approach
Build and enrich audience segments together with the data analytics team
Run continuous A/B tests and use the results to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
Align CRM messaging with paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Monitor channel KPIs and overall account health
What we're looking for
2β5 years of experience in CRM, email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing
Strong knowledge of digital marketing
Experience in tech or fintech is a plus
Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable turning insights into action
Good understanding of the full marketing funnel, not just the CRM channel
Able to work independently and manage priorities
Someone who enjoys having end-to-end ownership of their work, from ideation to execution and analysis
A natural testing mentality & always looking for ways to improve
Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
Familiarity with performance marketing and paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) is a plus
