What will you do?

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital advertising services

• Build and update a comprehensive customer database

• Track outbound call history and customer responses

• Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement

• Analyze competitors and tailor selling strategies

• Address customer needs and provide insightful solutions

• Strategically target companies with growth potential in the Benelux market

• Ensure GDPR compliance and tailor outreach to data-sensitive clients

Candidate profile

• Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch 
• 20 months sales experience is preferred.
• Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
• CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
• Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive.
• Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment.
• Business Acumen: strong business acumen, capable of understanding complex business environments and making informed decisions.
• Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and offering insights to support strategic decision-making
• Customer Focus: customer-driven and focused on providing a good customer experience.
