As EU EF undergoes operational transformation, we're building enhanced expertise in Outbound (OB) operations to drive excellence across our 3PL network.
The EU 3PL Control Tower delivers 24/7 end-to-end operational support to 3PL buildings across the EU and UK External Fulfilment chain. Our mission is to provide standardized, optimized processes with frustration-free communication, ensuring seamless collaboration between Amazon and our 3PL partners.
We're seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with operational logistics experience and an innovative, hands-on approach to join our Control Tower team.
This role involves daily operational task resolution and continuous communication with 3PL providers and Amazon teams – including problem solvers and node managers – to drive KPI performance and operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities
- Operational Support (Operational Pillar):
Provide reactive and proactive support to 3PL providers and Amazon internal teams.
Resolve daily operational challenges in collaboration with 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders.
Monitor and drive KPI management across the 3PL network.
Facilitate communication between 3PLs, problem solvers, and node managers.
- Process Improvement (BI Pillar):
Lead internal projects to enhance and automate Control Tower services.
Develop business intelligence solutions to improve operational visibility.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
- Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1
- Relevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
