About the job
The Digital Owner for Content will lead the Digital transformation, supporting and enabling Business transformation of our content operations by owning digital portfolio for the end-to-end (E2E) content management process. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the digital content lifecycle—from planning and creation to publication, governance, and optimization.
The Digital Owner will identify pain points in current workflows and introduce automation, smart tooling, and AI agents to streamline content production and delivery. This role collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders across brands, global business units, markets, and Digital, ensuring the content strategy is executed consistently and aligned with business goals.
Through a data-driven and technology-enabled approach, the Digital Owner will bring structure, speed, and intelligence to content operations—delivering measurable impact through smarter processes, enhanced quality, and faster time to market.
Main Responsibilities
As the Digital Owner for Content, you will take ownership of improving and automating the full content lifecycle. Your focus will be on creating sustainable and intelligent workflows that support dynamic content delivery at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
Map, analyze, and optimize the end-to-end content management process across platforms
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency
Evaluate, test, and integrate AI agents and tools to support content production, tagging, translation, and personalization
Define and maintain scalable content workflows, templates, and governance structures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools
Ensure compliance with brand, legal, regulatory and metadata standards
Own the content tooling roadmap—prioritizing enhancements to digital platforms and related systems
Create functional documentation, user stories, and specifications for content systems and process changes
Monitor and report on content performance, workflow efficiency, and automation impact using analytics tools
Experience
Proven experience as a Digital Content Lead, Content Operations Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
Hands-on experience with content lifecycle design, optimization, and automation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro)
Experience with Content Creation tools (Canva), DAM systems and Content Consumers Platforms
Exposure to AI content tools (e.g., automated copy generation, tagging, translation, personalization)
Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives involving process change and tooling
Soft Skills
Strategic and analytical thinker with a passion for continuous improvement
Effective communicator who can translate complex workflows into clear, actionable steps
Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage change in dynamic digital environments
User-focused mindset, always considering how content operations impact end-user experience
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of content management systems and structured content models
Experience with content workflow tools, automation platforms, or AI-powered content solutions
Familiarity with content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and localization frameworks
Ability to use analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Analytics) to measure workflow and content performance
Understanding of compliance standards for digital content
Knowledge of API integrations and modular content architecture is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Languages: Advanced English required, Spanish or French preferred
