German-Speaking Sales Development Representative

We are hiring German-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join our international sales team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients — identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals across the German market.

What You Will Do

• Identify and research potential clients within the German market
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate new business opportunities
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM
• Work closely with the sales team to consistently hit targets and KPIs

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona (full relocation support provided)
• Previous sales, customer service, or commercial experience is a plus — motivated entry-level candidates are welcome
• Confidence with outbound outreach and a proactive, target-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in sales
