Mission
Keep the most updated prospective single view of net sales to achieve the company strategic targets, through a 24-month rolling demand plan gathered from all our markets.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensure that a valid demand plan (sales projection) is in place and being executed to fulfill mid and long term business and strategic objectives in terms of volumes, prices and values
- Coordinate Local Demand Review and consensus Demand Plan
- Follow actions through the following Demand Planning cycles
- Almirall partners operations management: partners product needs management and analysis based on local sales, customer service (order taking and delivery management), to ensure product to be ready on time, in quantity and with the correct packaging to fulfill partners needs through close interaction with Supply Planning and Manufacturing
- Run baseline statistical projections and model it taking into consideration history, knowledge and marketing, sales and pricing assumptions gathered
- Identify and quantify vulnerabilities and opportunities; identify gaps vs. Plan and previous DP; propose corrective actions.
Education & Experience
- Science degree (preferably industrial engineering in industrial organization) or Economy degree
- Complementary training in logistic/operations will be considered
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
- Experience in SAP R/3, MM/SD/PP modules will be considered
- Experience in operations area, preferably in Demand Planning in sectors suchs as mass market, pharma or healthcare will be considered.
