Wallbox is seeking a Global Head of Growth & Digital Marketing to own and scale our end-to-end digital growth engine, with a primary mandate on B2B demand generation and conversion, while also supporting B2C and Installer acquisition across Europe and the US.
This role is designed for a hands-on digital growth leader who owns the full-funnel strategy and execution, driving scalable, data-driven impact across the entire customer journey. You will combine strategic leadership with deep operational expertise, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact across commercial, fleet, enterprise, and partner segments.
You will have full ownership of digital performance, budget, and team, operating in a fast-evolving, highly competitive, and innovation-driven sector.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation Leadership
- Build and scale a world-class, in-house digital growth function.
- Make digital the primary driver of B2B demand, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Define and own the global full-funnel growth strategy (awareness → MQL → SQL → revenue).
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities, channels, and experimentation frameworks.
- Act as a change agent, driving a performance-first and data-driven culture across marketing and commercial teams.
Digital Performance & Channels
- Own the global B2B digital demand generation strategy, fully aligned with commercial and sales objectives.
- Drive high-quality lead acquisition for installers, fleets, enterprise customers, utilities, and partners.
- Partner closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and Regional Marketing to ensure pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue impact.
- Lead CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve lead nurturing, conversion, and retention.
- Own and continuously optimize the global web ecosystem, with a strong focus on UX, CRO, and content performance across audiences.
Paid Media & In-House Media Buying
- Oversee and scale paid digital channels (search, paid social, display, marketplaces, affiliates, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, and CAC.
- Manage media planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and optimization fully in-house.
- Ensure tight alignment between paid acquisition, landing experiences, and CRM workflows.
Social Media (Organic & Paid)
- Define and lead Wallbox’s global social media strategy with a performance and lead-driven mindset.
- Balance brand storytelling and thought leadership with demand generation, particularly on LinkedIn and other B2B-relevant platforms.
- Ensure social media supports commercial objectives, employer branding, and community engagement.
Data, Analytics & Growth Experimentation
- Champion a data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics, dashboards, and experimentation to guide decisions (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV).
- Define and track clear KPIs and performance frameworks across all digital and growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and experimentation.
Budget, Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing digital growth team.
- Own and manage global digital marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing clear insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Align digital priorities with Wallbox’s overall growth strategy and regional market needs.
- Foster strong collaboration with brand, product marketing, sales, and regional teams.
Required Experience & Profile
Must-Have
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing, with senior leadership exposure
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation at scale, ideally in tech, energy, EV, SaaS, or industrial environments
- Strong experience owning or co-owning CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce & Pardot) in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to connect digital acquisition channels with CRM workflows and sales pipelines
- Hands-on experience in paid media buying, managed in-house (not agency-led)
- Previous expertise in paid social, especially LinkedIn for B2B
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns across Europe and the U.S.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and attribution skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performance teams
