Description -

Our Large Format Print Business is a worldwide leader in commercial and industrial printing solutions, driven by market-leading brands including DesignJet, Latex, and Pagewide XL. Our brands have been instrumental in driving the analog-to-digital transformation across multiple industries in commercial printing, including construction, signage, & decor. Most recently, we have also launched new categories in construction robotics (SitePrint) and cloud software (Build Workspace, PrintOS Production Hub) to drive the next wave of industry transformation.

With an industry leading portfolio and organization, the marketing team is looking for an experienced marketer who has shown that they can drive development and execution of effective global marketing strategies and campaigns for the Large Format Print Business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the global campaign strategy and creative for new product innovations within the large format print portfolio.  

The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with different teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives, while using insights and data in order to drive strategic and creative choices for the business.

If you are our Global Marketing Manager based in Barcelona, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Develop marketing strategies and communication assets to support new product innovation and global amplification, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Generate and analyze customer insights to inform marketing campaigns and messaging, and create differentiated value propositions for product launches globally
  • Work with external creative agencies and internal content teams to develop marketing creative to drive product success in market
  • Strengthen product marketing capabilities within the organization and continue to innovate on best practices to deliver new product introductions.
  • Lead analysis of marketing impact & attribution for key product initiatives & owned platforms, driving strategic decisions with business stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
  • 6+ years marketing or brand management experience.
  • Experience in creative development, product marketing, digital campaigns, and content marketing
  • Experience in working with creative agencies, content production, digital marketing, and media agencies

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven track record of strategic planning and consistently delivering results
  • Growth mindset, able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate
  • Team player and collaborator: working with product teams, region and global teams
  • Agility and ensuring timelines are met whether activation of campaigns, alignment calls with regional team etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence agencies/ virtual teams (e.g. agency partners, remote marketing teams, etc).
  • Creative experience in developing compelling content which can emotionally connect with customers
