About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate to join the Process Improvement Team, contributing with data expertise to drive innovation and efficiency. This role combines data engineering and process engineering, enabling you to analyze, model, and improve business processes while working with large and complex datasets.

You will play an active role in delivering data-driven insights and scalable solutions that enhance operational performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and model business processes to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and datasets to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, engineering, business teams) to drive implementation of improvements.
  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives using data engineering tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed (or to be completed before start date) in Data Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data management, including handling and transforming large datasets.
  • Knowledge of process modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with automation, data pipelines, or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Interest in process optimization, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive mindset to identify and implement innovative solutions.
