About The Role:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who helps the organization stay ready for what comes next.
You will partner with leaders across key business areas, helping them think clearly about capability, capacity, structure, and performance — today and ahead. This is a thinking role, not a program role. Impact, judgment, and clarity matter more than activity.

What You'll Do:
Partner with leaders on capability, performance, and future readiness
Identify gaps and strengthen teams, leadership, and organizational effectiveness
Use data and insight to inform decisions and anticipate risks
Support meaningful change focused on real adoption and outcomes
Build clear, high-impact narratives and presentations
Navigate corporate, policy, and regulatory frameworks with sound judgment
Orchestrate across HR specialist teams to deliver coherent, business-aligned solutions
What We're Looking For:
HR Business Partner experience in a corporate / multinational environment
Strong business and financial awareness; comfortable discussing impact, trade-offs, and ROI
Ability to think in terms of organizational capability and future readiness
Data-informed mindset with strong critical thinking and judgment
Ability to influence and build trust in complex, matrixed environments
Comfort navigating policy and regulatory frameworks
Clear communicator, structured thinker, self-driven, and ownership-oriented
Fluent English
