 The role

In this role, you will build direct relationships with customers while working with channel partners to maximize new sales opportunities and renewals within your territory. You will manage all aspects of the full sales cycle to help customers reach their business goals — with a strong emphasis on hunting for new opportunities, generating pipeline, and opening doors in new accounts.

  • Actively hunt for new business through outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and strategic market research.
  • Position and sell the entire Digital Infrastructure portfolio to both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Identify customer challenges and articulate the value of Hitachi Vantara solutions to address their needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting customers’ immediate priorities and long‑term objectives.
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth.
  • Drive net‑new revenue while also nurturing and expanding your existing account base.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)
  • A passion for IT and the ability to engage with technology
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, validating, negotiating, closing)
  • A true "hunter spirit" — relentless in developing new opportunities, generating pipeline, and penetrating new accounts
  • Demonstrated sales achievement (consistent quota attainment or YoY growth)
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate solution value
  • Excellent active listening skills to uncover customer pain points
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce and TechTarget
