To support this next chapter, we are looking for an Insights & Marketing Manager who can bridge data, storytelling, relevant insights and market positioning.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will sit at the intersection of data insights, thought leadership, and demand generation, turning eCommerce intelligence into compelling narratives that position Shalion as the category leader.
You will translate complex data into strategic insights that drive brand authority, sales enablement, and pipeline growth.
Identify macro trends across Shalion’s dataset (pricing dynamics, media-performance correlations, digital shelf execution patterns).
Develop industry reports, whitepapers, benchmark studies, and executive briefings.
Partner with Product and Data teams to extract meaningful market stories from analytics outputs.
Refine and evolve Shalion’s messaging across verticals and regions.
Build data-driven narratives that differentiate Shalion from traditional Digital Shelf providers.
Shape our AI positioning in the context of next-gen commerce intelligence.
Create high-impact sales materials (case studies, pitch decks, ROI stories).
Support key RFPs and strategic accounts with customized insight-driven storytelling.
Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with insight-based narratives.
Lead the creation of high-value content (LinkedIn strategy, executive posts, webinars, industry events).
Partner with Demand Gen to align insights with campaigns.
Represent Shalion on industry panels and at events as needed.
5–8+ years of experience in Insights, Strategy, Consulting, or B2B Marketing.
Strong analytical mindset (comfortable working with data and extracting patterns).
Experience in eCommerce, CPG, Retail, or Digital Shelf is highly valued.
Exceptional storytelling and executive-level communication skills.
Ability to simplify complexity into a clear business impact.
Experience building thought leadership in B2B tech is a strong plus.
