What Can You Expect?

 

As an Investment Performance Analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of the portfolio performance measurement, the investment performance analysis and the economic performance reporting across the Group’s assets.

 

You will learn about advanced methods as well as techniques of investment performance analysis and help develop insightful presentations of the results. In this role, you will support the explanation of the investment performance results to our local colleagues as well as senior management. Enhancing existing systems and processes also belong to your role.

As an Investment Performance Analyst you will have the opportunity to:

 

 

• Ensure timely calculation and delivery of portfolio performance data following established best practices
• Gather and evaluate explanations of portfolio performance attribution internal and external asset managers
• Communicate with central and local teams
• Learn about and help apply advanced methods to present investment performance and risk attribution
• Support timely delivery of economic performance reports and learn to interpret and explain the results to all stakeholders
• Improve and document processes and tasks
• Support automation of the performance measurement and data delivery processes 
• Utilize available IT tools and recommend necessary enhancements
• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience
• Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.

As an Investment Performance Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include: 

 

 

• University degree in Finance, Business or a numerical/ quantitative discipline
• Familiarity with financial markets and products
• Analytical thinking
• Experience with complex Excel formulas
• Self-motivated, hands-on with strong attention to detail
• Organized and structured in thought and practice
• Responsibility and deadline conscious mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Open communication style
• Passionate about learning and development

 

Desirable:

 

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Python skills
