The Team and Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager for Iberia to support the execution of Logitech for Business’ marketing strategy across Spain and Portugal. This role is focused on delivering high-impact, locally relevant B2B marketing programmes that drive demand, pipeline, and brand awareness through both partners and direct engagement with enterprise and SMB customers.

In this role you will:
Iberia Marketing Execution
Plan and execute the Iberia B2B marketing plan in alignment with European and Global priorities.
Own the local execution of field marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and pipeline development in Spain and Portugal.
Act as the primary marketing contact for the Iberia sales and business development teams when building marketing plans and campaigns.
Partner (To and Through) Marketing
Support and execute joint marketing activities with distributors, resellers, and key channel partners.
Co-ordinate partner campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that generate qualified leads.
Assist with the management and tracking of MDF spend, ensuring alignment with partner programme guidelines and ROI objectives.
Collaborate closely with channel sales to align marketing efforts with partner priorities.
End-Customer Marketing (Enterprise & SMB)
Execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, webinars, events, and demand generation) targeting enterprise and SMB customers in Iberia.
Localise global campaigns, messaging, and assets to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
Co-ordinate with local PR and event agencies as needed to support campaigns and brand visibility.
Work with sales teams to support funnel progression, lead follow-up, and selected account-based marketing initiatives.
Performance & Optimisation
Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and key marketing KPIs.
Use insights and data to optimise marketing activity and improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and marketing automation tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with regional and global field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and channel marketing teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
Share local market insights, learnings, and best practice with the Iberia team and the wider European marketing organisation.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Relevant experience, preferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles.
Experience supporting partner marketing and/or channel-driven business models is a strong advantage.
Background in technology, IT, or B2B solutions preferred.
Strong understanding of campaign execution, lead generation, and pipeline measurement.
Native or fluent Spanish required; business-level English required. Portuguese is an advantage.
Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo or similar).
Comfortable using tools to analyse campaign and business performance (e.g. Tableau)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Iberia (up to approximately 20%).
