About the Role
ToolsGroup is looking for a HubSpot power user who thinks like a systems architect, not a campaign executor.
You’ve personally built and debugged complex workflows and integrations — not just used what someone else set up.
This role owns our HubSpot environment end-to-end — not just execution, but how the system is designed, governed, and connected to Salesforce. You’ll also be the owner of our broader martech stack, including evaluation, integration, and rationalisation of tools across marketing and revenue operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our lead lifecycle, data flows, and automation logic are clean, scalable, and aligned with how we generate and convert pipeline.
If you’ve built complex workflows, managed lifecycle architecture, and debugged HubSpot–Salesforce issues firsthand — this role is for you.
This is a systems-first role. Digital campaign experience is a plus, not a requirement.
What You’ll Own
HubSpot Architecture & Administration (Primary)
Reporting & Funnel Visibility
Digital Demand Generation (Secondary / Nice-to-Have)
You don’t need to be a digital expert — but should be comfortable working alongside it.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have
Nice-to-have
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or programmatic
• B2B SaaS background
• HubSpot certifications
Not the right role if you mainly use HubSpot to send emails and run campaigns, or haven’t built complex workflows and lifecycle logic yourself.
Why This Role
You’ll own a mission-critical system at the core of our growth engine, working directly with senior marketing and revenue leadership. Full ownership — not just execution, but how the system is designed and evolves. You’ll own a HubSpot instance and martech ecosystem that powers our global demand generation engine across regions and teams.
ToolsGroup is recognised in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Planning. We’re growing fast and this role sits at the centre of how we scale.
