Mission 

As a Marketing Trainee for Healthcare Pharmacy BU, you will support the team in executing the brand strategy and accelerating the growth of the brands. You will help bring marketing initiatives to market with excellence, consistency and a strong consumer focus. 

 

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Brand strategy execution: Assist with brand plan roll-out and day-to-day execution. Support positioning, key messages and brand assets for OTC & cosmetics. 

  • Brand communication: Help create and adapt compelling content and communication materials for key moments throughout the year, partnering closely with Medical & Compliance team in review and approval of new promotional materials. 

  • Collaborative partnerships: Support follow-up with creative and media partners to boost visibility and engagement. Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver new campaigns and activations on time. 

  • Collaboration in monitoring brand KPIs including the sales impact of activations and campaigns (sell-out) and competitors’ performance. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams: Sales, Trade and Digital Marketing to ensure brand consistency across all on/off touchpoints.  

  • Build presentations for internal and external communications. 

  • In the medium term, you will be responsible for specific brand activation projects. 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (completed or ongoing). 

  • Master´s degree or postgraduate in Digital Marketing is a plus. 

 

Experience 

  • Strong interest in brand marketing (internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities related to marketing will be valued). 

  • Previous experience in marketing/sales in healthcare, consumer products or Mass Market in other sectors is a plus.  

  • Knowledge and interest in digital marketing. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Curiosity to understand consumer needs and the competitive landscape. 

  • Ability to create effective materials structured with clear messages for internal and external stakeholders and bring fresh ideas to improve campaign impact. 

  • Commercial acumen: understanding of growth levers such as communication, distribution, channels, portfolio and pricing. 

  • Marketing optimization mindset: results-oriented, with a continuous improvement approach based on learning. Able to use Excel and PowerPoint confidently. 

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 

  • Proactive mindset, organized, multi-tasking and collaborative team player. 

  • Availability to establish an internship agreement for 1 year.
