Marketing coordination & brand support

Support the execution of local marketing plans, campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, samples, merchandising, printed assets, and digital content when required.

Ensure that all marketing activities and materials are aligned with ZO Skin Health brand standards.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

Support the adaptation of global and regional marketing materials for the local market.
Events, congresses & brand activations

Support the planning and coordination of congresses, trade fairs, customer meetings, trainings, workshops, brand activations, and internal events.

Manage event logistics, supplier coordination, invitations, materials, shipping, set-up, execution, and follow-up.

Coordinate with hotels, venues, agencies, speakers, customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.

Support post-event reporting, feedback collection, and administrative follow-up.
Sales & customer support

Provide marketing support to the Sales team for customer meetings, trainings, presentations, and local initiatives.

Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure clear prioritisation and follow-up.

Support the preparation of customer-facing materials, product information, launch assets, and brand tools.

Assist with the coordination of samples, promotional materials, and visibility assets.
Administrative & operational support

Manage purchase orders, invoices, supplier documentation, budget tracking, and marketing administration.

Maintain organised records of marketing materials, suppliers, campaigns, activations, and event documentation.

Support internal communication related to marketing initiatives and key projects.

Coordinate logistics for materials, shipments, stock, and local marketing assets.
Specific responsibilities

Help define local marketing routines, supplier processes, event standards, and brand execution workflows.

Support the coordination of local and international marketing projects.

Occasional travel for congresses, events, customer activities, and alignment with local or international teams.
Requirements

Fluent Spanish and strong English language skills.

Currently residing in Barcelona.

3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, brand activation, events, trade marketing, sales support, or a similar role.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, congresses, fairs, customer events, or corporate activations.

Experience coordinating suppliers, agencies, printed materials, logistics, venues, and external partners.
-
Experience in a multinational, healthcare, aesthetics, pharma, beauty, premium, or service-oriented environment would be highly valued.
