The job

As a Norwegian Customer Service Coordinator in the retail services sector, you will coordinate maintenance and repair services for retail clients across the Nordic market.

You will be responsible for ensuring service visits are planned efficiently, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting technicians throughout the service process. This role combines customer service, coordination and operational planning in a fast-paced international environment.

You will work onsite in Barcelona from Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair services

  • Scheduling technicians and monitoring service visits

  • Ensuring technicians' health and safety documentation is up to date

  • Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding ongoing services and completed work

  • Handling service requests and coordinating incident management

  • Supporting invoicing updates and additional service requests

  • Monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Identifying operational improvements and supporting process optimisation

  • Reporting project risks and operational issues to management

  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across different teams

Your qualifications

πŸ’­ You are fluent in Norwegian and have good English or Spanish skills.
