About the role


We are looking for a strategic and autonomous Product Manager to lead our international product rollouts, combining deep product expertise with a strong drive for results. In this role, you will act as the bridge between stakeholder needs and business value, driving end-to-end execution across multiple countries. You will be the face of the product for local markets, managing expectations with diplomacy and firmness while ensuring our global roadmap remains focused and impactful.

  • Lead the end-to-end integration and rollout of the product across different countries, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring GDPR compliance with high autonomy.
  • Translate stakeholders into business value by creating powerful presentations and training sessions that ensure local teams adopt and champion the product.
  • Serve as the go-to product expert, providing guidance to the markets and collaborating with the PO to continuously align local customer needs with the global strategic roadmap.
  • Facilitate project tracking and rollout meetings alongside the PO and Tech Lead, ensuring delivery commitments and international integration milestones are met on time.
  • Act as the face of the product for local markets, gathering feedback and serving as a strategic filter to protect the global roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with Data and Design to distill market insights into "problems to be solved," elevating final proposals to ensure alignment with the global vision.
  • Operates under a “data-first” philosophy, using business metrics to validate hypotheses, demonstrate the value of go-to-market strategies, and measure the real impact of each launch.


Required Skills 🧐


  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing software or digital product rollouts.
  • Highly proactive, autonomous, organized, and analytical, with the ability to identify risks early and mitigate them before they become blockers.
  • Proficiency in handling difficult conversations, demonstrating the firmness to gracefully reject or postpone requests by offering viable alternatives.
  • Demonstrate a senior profile showing your knowledge, the capacity to generate strategic ideas, and the capability to materialize them into effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a gift for making complex simple and creating high-impact presentations to lead meetings and align stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (C1/Native). You will use English as a strategic tool to persuade, negotiate, and defend product decisions in international forums, while seamlessly operating in Spanish with local teams.
  • Familiarity with technical architecture concepts, API integrations, and identity/authentication systems (IdP, Auth, OAuth).
