- Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for new features, product launches, and key initiatives
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different ICPs and personas
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate roadmap and features into customer-facing narratives
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent communication across channels (website, campaigns, sales materials, etc.)
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with product storytelling, training, and materials (decks, one-pagers, battlecards)
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform positioning and GTM decisions
- Support product adoption and engagement through clear communication and enablement strategies
- Measure and optimise GTM performance, messaging effectiveness, and product understanding across teams
