Mews is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Field Marketing Manager. The role will take the lead and support on all marketing activities in this key region, including developing comprehensive business and comms plans, and building field marketing and account-based marketing programs. 

You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as collaborating with external contacts such as PR agencies and networking partners. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing and executing event and field marketing programs in order to generate new prospects and develop existing leads and opportunities alongside the sales team. 

You must have strong business acumen and operational aptitude, exceptional people and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with Mewsers of all levels. You should have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort addressing broad-reaching and ambiguous questions. 

This role is very visible in the organisation and will have significant room for growth.  Some travel will be required for this role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work closely with regional teams and business leaders, supporting the needs of their territory and executing regional marketing strategies 

  1. Become an expert in the challenges of strategic accounts and specific regions, identifying key relationships to support campaigns and events 

  1. Conduct market research to understand regional and account opportunities 

  1. Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to create and execute a lead generation plan that delivers inbound, qualified leads and pipeline growth to hit MQL targets 

  1. Coordinate and execute events from planning to budget management to delivery 

  1. Maintain a consistent brand strategy, messaging and tone throughout all materials and communications 

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams when creating new and updating existing materials, presentations and/or preparing for events and tradeshows, including translation and transcreation 

  1. Communicate with and educate the Sales Team about new and planned marketing activities for your region 

  1. Support joint partner marketing activities 

  1. Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, with data-led tools that effectively measure outcomes 

  1. Support our flagship events 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hospitality, tech or B2B experience 

  • 5+ years of event planning experience and marketing experience in a technology or hospitality company, ideally in European markets 

  • Driven by metrics that can demonstrate success and ROI based on budget and company/team KPIs 

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills 

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus  

  • A proven problem solver 

  • Expert at time management, prioritization, and organizational skills 

  • Openness to work in a high-performing international team with positivity and accountability 

  • Experience mentoring marketing professionals
