About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales / Account Manager (Business Development) to own our full sales cycle. Your primary focus will be prospecting, qualifying, and closing strategic B2B partnerships with online casino operators, white-label providers, gaming platforms, and aggregators. This role is ideal for a natural "hunter" who deeply understands the iGaming ecosystem and enjoys securing high-value contracts while nurturing long-term accounts. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle B2B Sales: Manage the entire sales funnel from cold outreach and lead generation to running product demos, commercial negotiation, and onboarding.
New Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and sign new B2B clients (operators, white-label partners, affiliates, aggregators) across regulated markets.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives in the gaming sector.
Commercial Strategy & Execution: Align outbound sales strategies with company goals, analyze competitor movements, maintain accurate CRM tracking, and report on pipeline health to senior leadership.
Contract Negotiation: Formulate pricing strategies, handle commercial terms, and oversee legal protocols during contract closures.
Event Representation: Actively represent the company at major international iGaming conferences and industry networking events.
Skills and Experience Required:
Industry Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales/BD experience strictly within iGaming, Online Betting, Fintech, or SaaS sectors.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English (C1/Advanced level or higher) with excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the iGaming landscape and regulatory frameworks (UK, EU, LATAM, or US).
Geography: Currently residing in Spain is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Track Record: A solid history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, paired with strong commercial negotiation and closing skills.
Network (Plus): An existing network of contacts among online casino operators, platforms, or aggregators will be considered a major advantage.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
Monthly and quarterly revenue performance against targets.
Number of newly closed and successfully onboarded B2B accounts.
Quality and volume of pipeline growth.
Long-term client retention and account expansion.
