We’re looking for our next SDR Team Lead to join us in Barcelona and help drive Naboo’s outbound engine across Europe.
You’ll own a team of 5 SDRs covering multiple European markets (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and more to come). The team is fully based in Barcelona.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll recruit, coach, and develop a multilingual team, refine our outbound playbook, and report performance directly to the executive team. You’ll have the autonomy to challenge current processes, build new ones, and demonstrate a high level of professional maturity.
What You’ll Do
Recruit and build your team. Hire and onboard a mix of full-time SDRs, interns, and freelancers across Naboo’s prospecting segments.
Coach and develop. Train new joiners on cold calling, BANT qualification, multi-channel sequencing, and our tooling stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Outreach).
Drive performance. Own pipeline generation targets for your team. Run weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews. Hit and exceed quota.
Partner with Marketing. Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team on lead lists, ABM campaigns, and messaging tailored to each European market.
Evolve the playbook. Continuously refine sequences, talk tracks, qualification criteria, and best practices. What worked last quarter is not enough for the next.
Report to the executive team. Deliver weekly performance dashboards and insights. Surface what’s working, what’s not, and what we need to fix.
Design career paths. Create tailored development plans for each SDR, whether their next move is Senior SDR, Team Lead, or AE.
Collaborate with your peers. You’ll work closely with the other SDR Team Lead(s) to align processes, share learnings, and present a unified front to the broader Sales org.
