Shape how Webfleet wins in two of its most valuable segments

We’re now looking for a Segment Marketer to take ownership of how we build demand, relevance, and long-term value in two of our most important verticals: transport and construction.

This is not a generalist role. It’s a deep-focus, high-impact position for someone who knows how to turn insight into positioning, positioning into campaigns, and campaigns into sustained commercial returns.

Your challenge:

  • Segment-specific positioning and messaging:

​Translate Webfleet’s core value propositions into segment-relevant language and proof points, reflect their unique needs, and ensure consistency across brand, demand generation, sales, and customer communications. 

  • Persona ownership and buyer journey design:

Own buyer and influencer personas for the transport and construction segments, including complex buying committees and make sure content and campaigns speak to the right person, at the right moment, with the right message. 

  • Segment-led demand and field marketing:

Partner with our Demand Generation, ABM and Regional teams to shape campaigns and activities that genuinely resonate with transport and construction businesses

  • Competitive and market intelligence

Stay ahead of segment-specific market trends, legislation, and competitor moves and act as the internal expert on these segments across marketing and sales

  • Market sizing and opportunity prioritization

Help prioritize campaigns, investment, and focus based on segment potential and maturity

  • Sales enablement

Support field sales with localized, segment-specific content that strengthens conversations – segment focused sales decks, high quality case studies etc.

Who are you?

You’re likely to be successful in this role if you:

  • Have minimal 5 years experience in B2B marketing

  • Are comfortable owning and being accountable for an entire element of our go-to-market from end-to-end

  • Know how to work across complex, matrixed organisations and influence without authority

  • Can move confidently between strategy, messaging, and practical activation

  • Are commercially minded and data-informed, without losing sight of brand and narrative

  • Bring credibility when working with product, sales, and leadership teams

  • Experience in fleet, transport, logistics, construction or SaaS B2B environments is a strong advantage but sophisticated and deep segment thinking matters more than all of them combined.
