About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to specialize in our advertising platform reporting and analytics. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and execution, supporting our Product and Client Services teams by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
As a key member of our Global Analytics Team, you will look beyond daily reporting to champion data governance, data quality, and scalable data modeling. You will collaborate closely with Data Reporting and Platform Engineering teams, utilizing dbt to build robust, reliable data models that serve as the foundation for global business decisions.

What you will be doing

Ad Platform Reporting & Scalability: Design, develop, and scale automated dashboards and analytics solutions that provide deep insights into ad platform performance, campaign delivery, and user engagement for both Product and Client Services teams.

Global Data Governance & Quality: Serve as a core member of the Global Analytics team, leading initiatives to define data standards, enforce data quality checks, and document data lineages to ensure a trusted, single source of truth.

Data Modeling with dbt: Partner with Data Reporting and Platform teams to build, maintain, and optimize production-grade data models using dbt, ensuring efficient transformations and analytics-ready datasets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the analytical partner to Product Managers (to guide feature development) and Client Services (to provide scalable client-facing insights and automate ad-hoc requests).

Advanced Analytics & Insights: Go beyond standard metrics to uncover trends, identify platform inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations that optimize ad revenue and user experience.
What you will bring to Ogury

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering, ideally within an AdTech

Data Modeling & dbt: Proven hands-on experience using dbt to develop, test, and deploy scalable data models in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse).

SQL Mastery: Expert-level SQL skills, including writing highly optimized, complex queries and managing large-scale, clickstream, or transactional datasets.

Scalable BI & Visualization: Advanced proficiency in building scalable, intuitive dashboards in modern BI tools (e.g.Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) tailored for both internal product tracking and external client services.

Data Governance Focus: Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, data governance principles, and version control (Git).

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical metrics into scalable solutions for product teams and business clients.
