- Develop and implement GEO / SEO strategies (technical, content, offsite) aligned with the client's business objectives, working with content and PR teams
- Own strategy KPIs, monitor strategic roadmaps and analyze GEO / SEO performance to gain insights and adjust tactics
- Establish standardized processes and mentor team members, providing guidance and knowledge
- Supporting the sales team with knowledge, contributing to pre-sales activities and client pitches
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, tools and Google updates and using this knowledge to improve client strategies
- Manage workload, meet client deadlines effectively and delegate tasks to teams or managers as required
- Sharing updates and expertise with the wider team.
- At least 3-5 years of SEO experience in developing and managing SEO strategies with budget responsibility
- Experience in managing German and English speaking teams
- SEO knowledge with deep understanding of content and offsite pillars
- Advanced experience in SEO audits, including keyword research, technical analysis, crawl budget optimization and content strategy
- Proven ability to communicate with clients, confidently present strategic plans and understand the brand, goals and target audience
- Adept at using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and Accuranker
- Improving processes and evolving search landscapes, including AI-driven changes and initial experience in AEO and GEO
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of additional analytics tools
