Senior Product Designer

Job Description

An international leader in B2B software is looking for a UX Designer to play a pivotal role in a major digital transformation initiative. This is a chance to influence the redesign of a mission-critical SaaS platform used globally, ensuring it delivers an intuitive, efficient, and modern user experience for a diverse client base.

• Day Rate: €400/day
• Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
• Duration: 6 months (with strong potential to extend)
• Start Date: ASAP

The Project

You’ll be joining an ambitious global programme to reimagine and modernise the core SaaS platform, used across more than 40 countries. The transformation aims to streamline workflows, enhance usability, and leverage new technologies to deliver world-class design standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX design, from discovery through to delivery
• Champion user needs and ensure design decisions enhance efficiency and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Spain, Hyderabad, the UK, and the US
• Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
• Drive design consistency across markets while modernising a complex legacy system

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering UX in complex, enterprise-scale environments
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
• Confident working independently and navigating ambiguity
• Experience modernising legacy platforms within global organisations
• B2B SaaS experience highly desirable
