DescriptionAs part of the ULTRUS® Enterprise Sustainability team, you’ll play a key role in leading our software and services portfolio as the trusted choice for organizations advancing their sustainability journeys. You will lead, develop, and execute marketing strategies that support the business, drive marketing‑qualified leads and pipeline growth, deepen user engagement, and showcase the value of our sustainability capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Executes global Product Marketing strategy.
- Tracks marketing investments and results for continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with Product Marketing leads to understand competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals.
- Executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth (25%).
- Supports market and trend research efforts to identify new opportunities and ensure products and messages are properly targeted.
- Gathers insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy (20%).
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations, to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase (25%).

- Partners with sales to foster a continuous feedback loop (20%).

QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED.
- Generally, four years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.
