This is an excellent opportunity to support and deliver our change management team for Tech & Data. Working closely with the PMO and supporting the Tech Leadership Team, you will support the delivery and adoption of our Tech2030 strategy.
ABOUT YOU
You are creative, motivated and have strong change management, engagement, training and organizational skills. Proficient in Office365, you can support our PMO, Project Managers and Leaders to drive successful adoption of our tools, platforms and services. You enjoy collaborating with Primos across Tech & Data and Bacardi.
Don’t worry if English isn’t your first language—what matters most is creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to grow your change management skills. With openness and motivation, you can learn and excel in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Support the Tech Leadership Team, PMO and Project Managers with identifying the change that our strategy, projects and initiatives will deliver
Plan and coordinate with Project Managers, change intervention plans that will drive adoption of technology and use of data
Collaborate with the PMO to support in the compliance of our PMO and Project Management processes
Identify Success Stories and work with Primos to create compelling ONEB articles and videos to showcase our work
Lead the planning and recording of the Tech in 10 Podcast Series
Plan and Prepare the Tech2030 education plans
Be a champion for Viva Engage and maintain our Tech & Data SharePoint
Input to the Tech2030 communications plan developed and delivered by the Corporate Comms Teams
Support projects in the Tech Portfolio with the development of their individual change plans
Project Management of projects and initiatives supporting the Global Communications Team & Heritage Team
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels and audiences
Experience creating and managing content for sharepoint, intranet, and employee engagement platforms
Ability to plan and coordinate engagement activities, workshops, and digital communications
Stakeholder collaboration skills within a global, matrixed organisation
Content planning and organisational skills
Basic multimedia coordination skills
Experience supporting programme or portfolio communications in a Tech or transformation environment
Project coordination and delivery skills, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
