Veeva Vault CRM Consultant

As our next Veeva Vault CRM Consultant you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. We offer specialised management consulting services, working with top-tier life sciences companies as well as biotech startups — locally and globally. About the role 

As a Veeva Vault CRM Consultant you will work closely with clients and colleagues to address complex challenges across the life sciences value chain. You will take ownership of your work and contribute to delivering solutions that create real, lasting impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support implementation of Veeva Vault CRM
• Assist with page layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports
• Help with preparation and loading of setup data, historical data and prepare environment setup.
• Support testing activities including preparation of UAT scripts and support clients for execution.
  
  

Business & Team Collaboration

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Participate in client workshops and internal project meetings
• Work closely with more senior consultants to translate requirements into solutions
• Provide end-user support and prepare basic training materials.
• Execute Train the Trainer or End user trainings remotely or onsite.
  
  

Compliance & Quality

• Assist with documentation such as configuration specs and test scripts
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and audit standards
• Follow life sciences compliance, country specific regulations and validation guidelines (when necessary)

You bring:

Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience with the Veeva Vault platform.
• Basic understanding of Vault configuration.
• Previous experience or Interest in life sciences (pharma, biotech, medical devices).
• Familiarity with Agile or project-based delivery.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented consulting environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Vault Plaform Admin, Vault CRM Admin and/or Veeva Network certifications
• Experience with VQL and/or Java SDK
• Internship or project experience in life sciences or CRM systems
• Exposure to validation documentation or regulated environments

This position is offered in Spain.
