Your role

 

Reporting to the B2B department, you are responsible for the B2B business development in the region. (Please note that this is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave)

 

Commercial Prospection:

  • Target, identify, and reach out to potential B2B prospects/clients
  • Communicate and offer solutions, proposals, and projects
  • Negotiate, prepare, and close our clients' quotes

 

Commercial relationship:

  • Formalize and qualify clients' needs.
  • Work in collaboration with various internal departments, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Maintain a strong link and effective communication between the B2B client and internal teams.
  • Manage and nurture the existing client portfolio with the aim of fostering loyalty and growth.
  • Clients´projects follow up (deliveries,stock, invoices)

 

Commercial performance analysis:

  • Analyze commercial performance using key indicators
  • Implement strategic actions to increase the sales revenue
  • Provide regular reporting to your superiors, juxtaposing implemented actions with achieved results
  • Be proactive internally based on your observations and customer interactions by recommending new products, strategies, and markets to target

 



What’s expected from you:

 

  • A background in Commerce or Marketing
  • Immediate/short-term availability
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial prospecting
  • You have a good knowledge of Home Decoration products and a genuine passion for interior decoration and design
  • Naturally autonomous, you are recognized for your rigor and organizational skills, which enable you to effectively manage your activities
  • Good communication skills
  • Pro-active, reactive and curious
  • Positive attitude 
  • Spanish fluency and high level of English. French skills will be a plus
  • 2-3 days work from home policy
