About the Role
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative with native or near-native German language skills to join our fast-growing AI platform team in Barcelona. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to break into the world of artificial intelligence and SaaS — with full support to make the move to one of Europe's most exciting tech hubs.
No prior tech sales experience required — we invest in your growth from day one.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage German-speaking decision-makers to generate interest in our AI platform
- Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
What We're Looking For

Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level) — essential
- Fluent in English (working language of the team)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and in writing
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI, tech, or SaaS is a big plus
- EU work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
