Your responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end client support experience — fast responses, high satisfaction
Handle B2B billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and follow-up on outstanding items
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, and Product teams
