Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.

Outbound Sales: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services, handling a high volume of potential clients daily.

Solution Selling: Detect and understand customer's objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.

Campaign Management: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.

Account Growth: Be responsible for increasing spend and executing campaign upselling.
- Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience.

Language Skills: C2 level of Danish and C1 level of English. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.

Experience: 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
Core Skills:
- Familiarity with managing customer data and using CRM tools to support business processes.
- Ability to use AI tools to support daily tasks and improve outreach strategies.
- Strong presentation and professional writing skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
