We are seeking a friendly and professional Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the customer care team of a leading global travel and accommodation platform in Spain. This is a full-time, on-site position, delivering exceptional service to Danish-speaking customers across Europe. Relocation to Spain is required, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move.
As a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will:
Communicate with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Assist with reservation, modification and cancellation requests
Escalate complex cases to specialised teams when required
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
Achieve customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
Follow company policies to deliver consistent and high-quality service
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Native or near-native Danish language skills (C1 level or higher)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality-related support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy and professionalism when handling customer inquiries
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment
EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
