Your Role at a Glance:
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor supporting users across popular products, including the Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.
Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting users with non-technical issues such as billing, account management, and digital purchases
Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
What You'll Get:
Monthly Base Salary: 2,200 EUR – Competitive for the local market

Relocation Bonus: €1,500 Gross (paid in 2 instalments) - to support relocation and initial rent costs
