Role Overview:

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you'll partner with business clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that support their growth. Through phone, email, video meetings, and other communication channels, you'll build long-term client relationships, drive sales performance, and contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their goals and business needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and recommend tailored products or services that add value.
• Conduct sales consultations through phone, email, video calls, and other communication channels.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate solutions, and guide clients throughout the sales process.
• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with company offerings, industry developments, and competitive market trends through continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  
• Experience: Sales Experience is a plus 
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
