What You Will Do:
- Manage and execute both inbound and outbound campaigns to acquire high-potential new advertisers.
- Act as a true sales "hunter," proactively reaching out to companies within your portfolio via phone.
- Understand unique customer requirements and business models to align them with tailored Google Ads strategies.
- Secure new customer accounts, close deals at appropriate budgets, and strategically execute up-selling opportunities.
- Develop targeted sales strategies to optimize market potential and boost client profit margins.
- Work productively against assigned individual sales quotas while collaborating closely with a larger EMEA sales team.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in German, paired with fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical business experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong foundational understanding of the online business landscape and diverse commercial models.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal team skills.
- Genuine passion for tech sales and a strong desire to continuously learn and develop.
