Account Manager (German-speaking) – Airbnb Project | Barcelona

Start Date: 4 May 2026 with training.

We are seeking a professional German-speaking Account Manager to join the Airbnb project in Barcelona. This role focuses on managing and optimizing a dedicated portfolio of hosts within the hospitality sector, ensuring long-term partnership success and listing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Airbnb hosts, driving engagement and retention.

  • Listing Optimization: Provide data-driven insights to help hosts improve their listing performance and quality.

  • Relationship Building: Establish strong, consultative relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage your pipeline and meet growth-related KPIs.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level German and professional English (B2+).

  • Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.

  • Key Skills: Strong organizational abilities, target-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.

  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in hospitality or real estate and familiarity with Salesforce.
