What will you do?

  • Identify and engage potential co-hosts in targeted locations through outbound outreach
  • Educate prospects on program value, market trends, and opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches and guide candidates through onboarding
  • Support the matching and onboarding process between hosts and co-hosts
  • Manage leads and track progress using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, acquisition, and engagement
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client interactions and market feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and drive results
  • Participate in continuous training and development initiatives

Candidate profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Background in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is advantageous
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
