What will you do?
- Identify, research, and engage potential hosts and partners through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
- Deliver tailored sales pitches and guide prospects through the onboarding process
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Educate clients on platform features, market trends, and best practices
- Manage and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline to meet KPIs and targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Provide insights and feedback based on client interactions and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and improve processes
- Participate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with outbound sales and handling high-volume interactions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven, resilient, and motivated mindset
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
