What will you do?

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database
  • Consolidate and expand the customer base
  • Record call history and customer interactions in detail
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
  • Monitor competitors and develop effective sales strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and customer data
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the German market

Candidate profile

  • C2 level of German with advanced English skills
  • Minimum 20 months of sales experience preferred
  • Strong CRM experience and ability to use tools effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Experience with competitor analysis and strategic insights
  • Deep understanding of the German market and cultural nuances
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
