Summary

The Lead Product Manager, Strategy & Innovation drives high-impact initiatives across Digital Guest Experience, shaping strategic direction and investment decisions with a strong focus on AI-enabled capabilities and emerging guest-facing opportunities. Operating at the intersection of product strategy, innovation, and execution, this role transforms complex, cross-domain ideas into clear, validated product initiatives that can scale within core product roadmaps.

Working closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Analytics), the role ensures innovation is aligned with business value and translated into actionable plans. Rather than managing day-to-day product operations, the focus is on identifying, structuring, and maturing strategic opportunities—such as AI-assisted experiences and new interaction models—until they are ready for broader execution and long-term impact.                                                                                        

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority strategic product programs within Digital Guest Experience, turning opportunities into clear product directions, validated hypotheses, structured plans, and customer pilots where relevant;
  • Shape cross-domain and exploratory initiatives, advancing product strategy with the Head of Digital Guest Experience and translating vision into concrete actions;
  • Define AI-driven and emerging product opportunities across guest-facing digital experiences, ensuring real business value, feasibility, and alignment with priorities;
  • Transform ambiguous opportunities into clear product initiatives through research, market insights, stakeholder input, and early MVP or pilot definition;
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, strategic alignment, dependencies, and available capacity;
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (product, R&D, operations, commercial, partners) to ensure end-to-end alignment and readiness for execution;
  • Support the transition of validated initiatives into core product roadmaps and scalable delivery structures;
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new partner capabilities to inform product direction and innovation opportunities;
  • Evaluate build, partner, or integration options and support co-innovation with customers and partners;
  • Drive clarity, structure, and momentum across complex strategic programs as a senior product leader;
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and contribute to strengthening product management practices such as prioritization, problem framing, and strategic alignment.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, product management, UX, engineering, or similar); master’s is a plus;
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or digital experience roles in complex environments;
  • Proven ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product directions, including discovery, prioritization, and validation;
  • Experience with AI-driven or innovation-led product initiatives is highly valued;
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives in agile environments;
  • Solid collaboration with engineering, analytics, UX, operations, and external partners to deliver end-to-end outcomes;
  • Strong business acumen, linking strategy to customer value, commercial impact, and feasibility;
  • Knowledge of hospitality, travel tech, or digital customer journeys is a plus;
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Proficient with MS Office and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other product collaboration tools.
