We are hiring a MedTech professional to grow opportunities in the Medical Devices and MedTech space across Iberia, leveraging Accenture's global assets, accelerators, and industry IP.
You will partner with medical device, diagnostics, and digital health executives to shape transformation agendas.
What you will do
Originate opportunities across medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health players in Iberia, leveraging Accenture's MedTech assets and accelerators.
Build trusted advisor relationships with MedTech executives, drawing on existing industry connections.
Shape the Iberia MedTech offering — point-of-view, assets, thought leadership, and go-to-market.
Partner with MedTech leaders to build across:
Product development & engineering — modernising R&D and design controls for connected software-led devices.
QARA — operating models and digital quality aligned to MDR, IVDR, FDA QSR, ISO 13485.
AI-powered field operations — AI-enabled field force, service, and customer engagement.
Customer & technical services — install base, technical support, complaint handling.
Device & software — SaMD/SiMD strategy, cybersecurity, connected device platforms.
Product & portfolio success — launch readiness, commercial models, portfolio decisions
What we are looking for
Prior MedTech experience — in-house at a medical device, diagnostics, or digital health company, or as a consultant serving the sector.
7+ years across MedTech strategy, operations, R&D, QARA, or commercial.
Working knowledge of MDR, IVDR, FDA QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and SaMD/cybersecurity frameworks.
Understanding of one or more MedTech sub-segments (imaging, surgical, cardiovascular, orthopaedics, diagnostics, hospital equipment, digital health).
Origination instinct and active network in the Iberia MedTech ecosystem.
Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Nice to have
Exposure to AI applied to MedTech (field ops, service, R&D, regulatory intelligence, post-market surveillance).
Experience with connected device platforms, SaMD,
Prior involvement in MedTech M&A, carve-outs, or portfolio reshaping.
Visibility in the MedTech community (Fenin, MedTech Europe, publications).
